Yes. Many of our locations serve a high volume of customers in short periods of time. The work can be physically active and requires focus, teamwork, and the ability to stay organized during busy service.

Do I need restaurant experience?

No. While food service experience is helpful, we care more about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. We train the right people.

What qualities do you look for when hiring?

We look for people who are dependable, positive, team-oriented, and take pride in their work. Being willing to learn and support your teammates is essential.

What are the typical hours?

Our trucks operate across Seattle at office campuses, events, and public locations. Shifts can include daytime lunch service, evenings, and weekends depending on the location.

Are there opportunities to grow?

Yes. Many of our managers started as crew members. As our company grows and new trucks launch, we regularly promote from within.
